Ciao Yogi belli!

I'm the Yogini with the paprikas accent.

Born in Hungary, I had the privilege to grow up in the land of people that weren't afraid to hug, kiss, laugh, sing, dance, and eat gulyas! I remember spending most of my childhood outside, no shoes, playing and working on my grandparents' land even spending winters ice skating on local frozen lakes. At about 11 years old my family moved to Germany, where I was presented with the opportunity and challenge to learn a new language, culture & experience many adventures.

I inherited my passion for Yoga an amazing fitness instructor I was blessed to work with as a teen. At the end of class she led us into Yoga poses which were completely foreign to me, but that "ancient form of awkward stretching" felt yummie in my body. I have always loved to travel and this passion brought me to Colorado in 2000. Colorado introduced me to snowboarding, four-wheeling and fourteeners.

This is where I started to breath deeply & connect breath, movement & mind.

I'm excited to continue to share a piece of my knowledge with you.
