Jenn Skinner

Jenn Skinner teaches a vinyasa style yoga with an emphasis on body awareness and empowerment. She has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2015. She is an RYT200 with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training and certification from LifePower Yoga. Her dynamic sequences build from the basics and can be modified for every level of practitioner. She believes that everyone deserves the chance to recognize their inherent power and purpose, and the path to that realization lies in love and yoga.
