Gretchen Bliss

A 20 year practitioner of meditation and many types of yoga, Gretchen was inspired to become a yoga teacher and received her LifePower RYT 200 certification in spring 2014. She loves sharing yoga with those wanting to explore the diverse world of yoga, including children, seniors, and any wellness seeker. For her, yoga was mentally engaging and goes beyond physical movement, offering clarity and centering. When not teaching or practicing yoga, she is spending time with her family, skiing, reading or walking in nature. I believe yoga offers broad emotional and physical freedom that accounts for individual needs and allows them to thrive in their practice, regardless of body types, injuries, or fitness levels.
