Warm and Gentle

Warm and Gentle Yoga class is held in our warm room at about 80 degrees. That's just warm enough to make sure that your body can stay a little more flexible than it normally does during your workday, but not so hot to be a distracting focus of your practice. While not the same as a restorative practice, the warm and gentle classes at Yoga Mountain Shadows will definitely leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

These classes are a great way to thank your body for what it does for you without asking too much of it in return. It's also a great way for newer students to introduce themselves to heated classes without feeling too intimidated. That being said, those with more experience in yoga will also find some great insights in these classes. Come give one a shot. You won't be disappointed!
