Aerial silks is stunning "dance" where strength and acrobatic grace combine as performers use suspended fabric to wrap, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. A beautiful and challenging art form that builds strength and incredible confidence, beginners will learn to climb and how to perform basic movements while increasing strength and flexibility. Level 2 and 3 classes build from that foundation into more advanced movements.
Classes include a warm-up, skills practice, training positions in the silks, followed by conditioning and flexibility training.

After your intro class you'll be able to go over the schedule of ongoing classes with the instructors and they can help you decide which section might be best for you. We also
